NORTH/SOUTH METRO LINE OPENS!

New Amsterdam Travel Video- Congratulations Amsterdam! After 15 years of construction, the North/South metro line is now open! Named Line 52, it begins in Amsterdam North, travels under the Ij Channel, bisects the city center and ends in the Zuidas/WTC business district in Zuid.

After 15 years of construction, the Noord/Zuidlijn finally opens and we were at the pre-opening party with free metro rides, singers, dancers and other fun performances.
