Molen Blauw is an Amsterdam based production company, producing film, television and web content for the international market. It is Producer Jerry Goldberg's vision to utilize Holland-based talent and resources to make one-of-a-kind projects that are unique to Amsterdam and The Netherlands but at the same time appeal to U.S. and worldwide audiences.

IN DEVELOPMENT: “Masters of Dissection”- a feature film/mini-series based on Nina Siegal’s book, “The Anatomy Lesson: A Novel”. Set against the backdrop of public, human dissections in Amsterdam during the 17th century, this unconventional love story reveals a centuries-old mystery surrounding Rembrandt’s first masterpiece, “The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Tulp”. Ben Sombogaart, whose film “Twin Sisters” was nominated for a Best Foreign Language Film Oscar, will direct.

IN DEVELOPMENT: An eight episode mini-series of Gordon Merrick’s NY Times best selling novel, “The Lord Won’t Mind”, about the explosive, romantic love affair between two college men during the Harlem Renaissance and Pansy Craze of New York in the 1930s. Way ahead of its time for its frank physical descriptions and positive portrayal of gay love, this story cannot be adequately described:

Jane Austin meets Jackie Collins, but gay.
A mix of “Call Me By Your Name”, “Great Expectations” and the “Cotton Club”.

James Fall (Trick, The Lizzie McGuire Movie) will co-create and direct.

IN DEVELOPMENT: “Red Light Hooker Squad”- a Grindhouse style action movie
about three working girls in Amsterdam who band together to seek revenge
on their abusive pimps and traffickers. Jerry Goldberg will produce and direct. Veteran Stunt-Coordinator, Chuck Borden will direct the stunts and action sequences.

TRAVEL WEB SERIES: "Amsterdam Calling" is Molen Blauw's travel web series, that
promotes Amsterdam to an international audience through episodes in which local
experts, vloggers and bloggers show viewers the best food, places & events while
revealing  the city's best kept secrets that aren't on the tourist maps.


TV PILOT: "Amsterdam U & I" follows a female American student studying abroad in Amsterdam while she finds fun and love among the city's young musicians, DJs and artists.
The project is currently being repped through LA- based Matt Westmore Media and their agents at ICM Partners.
