Molen Blauw is an Amsterdam based production company, producing film, television and web content for the international market. It is Producer Jerry Goldberg's vision to utilize Holland-based talent and resources to make one-of-a-kind projects that are unique to Amsterdam and The Netherlands but at the same time appeal to U.S. and worldwide audiences.
IN DEVELOPMENT: “Rembrandt’s Sleight of Hand” is a feature film/mini-series based on Nina Siegal’s book, “The Anatomy Lesson: A Novel”. Set in Amsterdam during the 17th century, the lives of several extraordinary people hinge, in some way, on a public, human dissection, where their circumstances conspire to produce the famous painting, “The Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Tulp” and its immortal painter, Rembrandt.
NOW ON YOUTUBE: "Amsterdam Calling" is Molen Blauw's travel web series, that promotes Amsterdam to an international audience through episodes in which local experts, vloggers and bloggers show viewers the best food, places & events while revealing the city's best kept secrets that aren't on the tourist maps.
TV PILOT: "Amsterdam U & I" follows a female American student studying abroad in Amsterdam while she finds fun and love among the city's young musicians, DJs and artists. The project is currently being repped through LA- based Matt Westmore Media and their agents at ICM Partners.
